What’s been going on?! 

I haven’t blogged in over a month and I feel lame!

There has been a few reasons as to why the page has been so quiet (one major reason being my phone broke, worst time ever! So I couldn’t take many pictures and struggled to update).

I’ve also not been as dedicated with my workouts and eating plan just because Cam has been working away and I have had a few things going on (looking after a puppy on my own and still trying to make it for 6am workouts at the gym is so not my thing) – but I figured that by not keeping on top of the things that brought me so much happiness… it made me feel waaaay worse!

We are currently in Utah for a holiday and to visit some friends which is really cool, I left my job last week and when I get home I will be starting a new venture… this time along side Cameron and my brothers!

I am so excited and happy to be away here for a couple of weeks, it’s given me tons of motivation, especially because I’m excited to buy more workout clothes and trainers 😁 and I just generally feel super happy!

Having some time out from working out and blogging made me realise that having this page made me feel so motivated, wait the coolest and nicest thing was that when I’d see some of my friends/family they would ask me why I’m not blogging and they would explain how they loved my posts etc. That meant so much to me, and made me feel like I need to get my butt back in gear!

So here we go! 😁
