I wanted to do a quick post on having a workout partner!
What a good way to keep accountable and make sure you actually work out!
I’m lucky to have Cameron (My husband) as my workout partner/motivator/trainer the list goes on!
Cameron has a good knowledge of workout plans and excersises we can do so I love being able to share my gym experience with him!
I remember once I decided to not do weight training for the day, I went down stairs and to do some cardio, I was on the treadmill and I thought to myself “ ok push yourself hard, just because I don’t have someone next to me working with me, it doesn’t mean I can’t work hard” well I gave up after two minutes because I wasn’t “feeling it” Lame.
I was so disappointed in myself, it proved to me how important it is to have a workout buddy, even if they don’t know a lot about the equipment or what you need to do, make a plan and kill it together! It makes the workout more enjoyable, you have a friend to motivate you and Bose versa and you are less likely to give up so what’s to loose?!
Go find someone to start with you! Or find someone to join you on your journey now! You will not regret it and you will see the difference it makes working out with a friend 😊
