Today is a hard day!
This morning I woke up with a cold and a headache, i woke up late too so i decided not to go to the gym, biggest.mistake.ever.
When I don’t go to the gym in the morning I really feel it, I work in a busy office during the day from 9am until 5pm by a computer screen so i get tired really easily. When i go to the gym, i seem to have lots of energy during the day, i don’t feel as tired, and I’m less moody.
However, today I missed the gym, I now feel so tired, I have a migraine (not the best idea to be sat at a computer typing but hey ho!) and I just want to go home, put my pajamas on and eat rubbish, Send help please!
It really motivates me to go to the gym tomorrow and work hard to make up for it (plus tomorrow is leg day which is always good) but seriously, i just wanted to write a blog post of how I felt and for people to see that days like this do happen, and we fall back and plans fall through, but it’s all about picking ourselves back up and getting back on track to achieve our goals.
So today was lame, and days like this do happen, but its an oppurnity to work even harder.
“Don’t give up because you have had a bad day, forgive yourself and do better tomorrow!”
